Hi, thanks in advance for any help with this issue. I am a plumber by trade but i am competent with most central heating wiring. I need an expert's advice. I have installed a vaillant ecotec pro 630 system boiler on an S paln system. The new vaillant boiler has a different pcb to the older type. I ahve wired everything as per s plan diagram, all works ok but boiler shuts down when heat demand satisfied and there is no pump overun. Apparently the new vaillant boilers have a built in pump overun, but i am unsure where to terminate the wires on the pcb. I am assuming that the boiler needs a permanent live which is clear on the pcb, but i dont know where the switch live is supposed to be terminated. I have looked through the mi's but they are not clear. At the moment the live for the boiler is connected to the oranges in the junction box which are the zone valve switch lives. Sorry if this sounds confusing but my brain hurts today. thanks

Put a perm live to the green 230 volt plug and the one next to it that has RT on it is for the switch live ( orange wire ). I think tou need to take a link out aswell from the 24volt stat conection.

This is from memory from a couple of weeks ago so please double check conections they are stated in the boilers instructions.
