Converted an old victorian house into a block of flats for a client, DNO supplied new meters to each flat ect...

Come to notify the works and on the list the postcode is still registered as a house? Any idea how long it takes before it will get listed as 4 individual flats under the address so i can notify each one? I'd presumed they'd have changed it when the DNO had installed the new meters to each flat.

Thats a very good question!

Can't you put "flat 1" , etc in the address you enter into the system?

Maybe a call to your scheme?

Someone from the HMRC property valuations unit will have to visit first.
Could just notify each flat to the house address for now.
It's allowed for a premises to have more than one installation.
