What is the best online test forms to use? I am not registered with any governing body so can't use theirs yet.
Ideally one that will work with Android software.

I don't think you will. It's an online cloud based service you use through their website.

Yeah, you can set up the client details and email it on once it’s completed. Can upload a signature that will appear on all relevant places on the cert too.

Once you’ve put in your details / engineers details and linked test equipment to it, it auto fills all that On the cert too so saves time.

I used it for an EICR I did just before Christmas and was impressed with it. Looks professional; and for £1 a cert you can’t go wrong.
