Is it correct that you dont have to be electronically minded to do any PAT:confused:

I mean,....Im 'competant' in feeding fish but I wouldnt jump off a boat into the waters of seal island just off South Africa holding a lump of fresh Tuna just in case a Great White was about!

And yes, I do compare electricity to a Great White. You dont know your going to get 'hit' until its too late and chances of survival at a high blast is slim!:D
