I was wondering that , it might just be the pics , but it does look a bit lean for 10mm , even if it is 2 core.

My electrician thought it was 10mm when he came to replace board. Shall I measure diameter?

It's not as easy as that depending on the insulation.
As @DPG asked , are there any markings on the cable?

6.5cm diameter. Nothing written on cable but here is a picture

Looks like the small CU has a RCD too ........... which one is tripping?

Wonder why the installer fitted an upfront RCBO ?
