Hello, I need some help with this vie connected up a floodlight camera to a lighting circuit in a garage but when trying to setup the camera it seems like it doesn't have enough power going too it. Can anyone help?

Have you definitely got a live and neutral and correct voltage at the floodlight camera?
I went to look at one the other day a home owner had put up that wouldn't work. He had got a live and switch live instead of neutral as he had gone from a junction box where the switch live was not identified as such.
