Scedule of Test results - radials

Hi,
when filling out a schedule of test results, and recording the results of a radial (in this case socket outlets)

do you need to point out it is a radial
or would it be obvious that because the "ring" is not ticked ,it is a radial

As there will not be any entries for ring continuity on the test results then it will be obvious that it is a radial.
