These days the Christmas give away's are thin on the ground got one diary, a desk calender and some year planners this year

Murdoch is right, got two bottles of Shiraz of my kitchen fitter I work for, some chocolate rocky road & home made red wine of the plumber and a crate of the black stuff off the plasterer!

All their invoices, they must have had a purge. Got two calendars from same wholesaler, one good, one boring. Quite a few emails from supliers i have not even traded with.
Mince pies and some beer product from clients and a rather large CU change on mi day off.
Amazed at Electrifix pricing of BG Cu's. Bought their largest housing, 22slots and a populated 13way board to build a custom job and its really cheap for what is a great product.
finding they are getting more and more of my business this year since they opened a shop locally to me.

Bugger all. Last year got a really nice Diary from CEF in Benidorm. This year i asked and hardly got a smile.

got a crate of beer, 4 bottles of wine, 2 calendars, a wall planner, and 2 diaries from 2 different wholesalers, **** all from the others, as close as 2 years ago they were taking me to rugby, cricket and footie matches and even had a weekend at bicc with all the booze thrown in too before, crap now though, they have no money haha

We all received an Apple I PAD 3 from the contractor this year, haven't really had time to even play with it yet!! Last year it was a RADO wrist watch.

I got several diaries and a few of bottles of Scotch from suppliers and a long weekend away in Mauritius from one of the larger contractors we use.
A bottle of Chivas Regal Whisky from one of our customers .
£20 in a envelope from a local builders merchant here in Linc's we used for the first and only time so far ! On a fair sized sub main order last year .
As for our main supplier , both myself and my other director got a hamper each apparently worth around £60 each plus our rep came out for our Christmas do and brought a couple of rounds each worth £50 or so , but in fairness i think then went onto cancel a good bit of that out through the rest of the night , as we had a open bar going as well !
They also gave me a new pair of Timberland Pro series work boots . As i tend to get through a pair of boots every 2-3 months , even faster if we are doing a lot of moling across farm yards ! But i am tempted to keep these for using on holiday when we go for walks and things like that , as they are quite smart .
So it has been quite good a haul this year .:grinningelf:
Edit ; While at our Christmas do i some how ended up losing my pair of Ariat cowboy boots i went out in to one of our lads and our rep drunkenly promised to sort me out with a another pair in the new year , now that would be a result as the last pair cost me over £200 ! Heres hoping .

Man, I got 'raped' by mine… not literally just financially all year… perhaps that's why I seem to be using electrifix more and more… Stockholm syndrome I think or something similar

Also got 6 LED GU10s (Decent type) and a set of insulated drivers from my main wholesalers.
Then again we have done 8k with them during the last quater of last yr.
