Does anyone have a Van Vault, not the site box size but the ones for vans, are they any good and has anyone had it broken into. Any recommendations. Is it bolted down to the van floor?

Mine is a sentinel 4ft x 2ft x 2ft twin deadlocks two stage locks gas strut assisted lid and concealed hinge, bolted through the van floor with steel reinforcement and the diesel tank under that.
Its never been had a go at but it looks solid, would keep someone occupied for a little while or make some noise angle grinding it open!

I’ve got one, it’s solid.

Options are drilling through the floor pan or fabricobble up some brackets to suit any existing holes.

I have on bolted through the floor in to steal plates. well made hidden lock and hinges, would be difficult to get a pry bar under the lid. never been tested but makes me feel safer. its scary some of the videos you can see how easy it is to get in to almost any modern van. don't think you'd stop any one getting your tools if they wanted them enough but at least one of these makes them work for it and hopefully make enough noise that they get caught.

I got a Clarke one from machine Mart and although seems small I can get all my power tools in it. I don’t regularly lock it as the van has a bulkhead and dead locks which are always used.
Keeps everything neat which is good for me.
