Hi,
I am willing to do a solar wood kiln. Part of that includes fans that I want to connect to solar panels. As it is solar kiln then most of the time fans need to work when there is sun in the sky. Still, I would like to run one fan from a battery. It is hard to find fans that can keep high temp and run 12/24V DC, also need to have around 2000 - 3000 CFM together. Do plan to use car radiator fans.

I have managed to gather information and draw up simple schema. Only problem that I can't get is - how to wire fans that don't need back-up through MPPT. Becouse most MPPT have "DC load" port, but it is advised as up to 100W. I can't wire them to batteries as they are expensive. Also 60-70Ah battery with one fan will last maybe 30-45 min.
Other thing is - how to add some control to battery so that it will not be fully drained when there is no sun.
Will hope to get some advice.
