With full scope membership of SELECT the client can be confident the company meet the current industry standards. Qualified to the 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671), the customer can be confident of a safe, quality job.

The company have an established customer base, but there is always room for more to join this exclusive club serving the local Ayrshire area several letting agents and individual landlords.

The company specialise in all aspects of domestic electrical installations. The company have extensive experience in fault finding and associated repair and remedial works.

The company undertake Landlord Checks, including Portable Appliance (PAT) testing and also install smoke detectors to BS 5839 :pT 6.
Smoke detectors to BS 5839 are required under the minimum tolerable standards for let properties in Scotland, please note the Scottish Government smoke detector guidance has been updated and more than one smoke detector in each level may be required.

The company is owned and managed by Stewart McLintock.
Stewart has focused on domestic and small commercial electrical work for many years.
Having previously worked in electrical training of new apprentices, Stewart McLintock is more than qualified to look after the company.

The company are proud to undertake recruitment and training of tradespeople of the future and usually have an apprentice on site
