anywhere between £25 and £50 is general.
 
My first hr on call-outs is £35. I often find the problem within 5-10 mins, then 5 min chat with customer about it and then off I pop. Call-outs are usually due to something stupid that the client has done!

Diesel - £2, labour - £33, the look on their face when they realise their stupidity - priceless!
