It looks to be a fairly standard socket for a lead to plug into.
Do you have the maker of the clock, as there are plenty online resources for individual makers.
They maybe all had different types of sockets fitted until a recognised standard was introduced.
Is the bottom pin broken, or is it actually slightly smaller?
Research suggests this requires a Seth Thomas or GE/Telechron power cord which is obviously no longer available.
Also the pin orientation is different so this is a Seth Thomas proprietary or early GE/Telechron variation.
So you will have to search for this online in the vintage sections of sites like Ebay.
You could possibly replace the socket with something new that fits with a bit of modification if you aren't bothered about retaining the originality and just wanted it working.
The last option is to make your own plug by 3d printing the parts but that would require quite a bit of work and possibly research.
Also the wiring will need to be checked before powering it up this will be at least 60 to 70 years old.
