I am currently renovating my kitchen and am considering swapping my standalone cooker for a hob/single oven combination.

Would it be possible to use a dual appliance output plate on a 32A ring?

The hob = 4.6Kw
The oven = 3.65Kw

or would they need to be on separate circuits?

Thanks

you would just connect into the existing cooker outlet that comes off the cooker isolator, generally on a 6.0mm radial, 32A MCB. if they are 2 separate appliances, fit a dual outlet .

that's fine then. was a bit confusing when your OP said "ring" as the cooker circuit will be a radial. just fit a dual outlet plate and you'll be fine.

usually a 6.0mm radial, but check.
