electric heating

can any one recommend a decent make of electrical heating, its for a new build so must be to the part l (or what ever is it)
I have been looking at the dimplex epx range, any good?

you can now get an electric boiler that will heat a conventional wet central heating system. 4Kw boiler, and they advertise that because it doesn't require servicing or any kind of safety check (like a gas boiler does) it costs roughly the same as a gas central heating system over its service life.
