Good afternoon ladies and gents.
Could someone please tell me if qualifications are required to install the above kit, or they need to be commissioned by someone approved to do so?

If on a domestic property or one where the part p notification requirements apply then you will need to be in a scheme, pay building control to inspect it etc. as it requires notification to BC on completion.
no actual qualifications required unless you wish to install one under the olev scheme to get the £500 subsidy.
If you can comfortably install a new consumer unit then a ev charger is easy enough. likely need a rod too.
 
Thanks for the reply Gavin. Just though I had better check. This is something I have never been asked for before.
I'm sure it does require a rod due to PME system.

If its pme then a rod is a requirement unless you got some very very expensive monitoring equipment.
