Hi
We did a project in December 2012 and the customer got the 15.44 pence rate. He is with Scottish power and has a
contract dated January 2013 and has had payments without problem.

Scottish Power are telling him that his FIT rate was NOT increased on the 1st of April 2013 with index linking, ie his rate did not go up 3.1% as expected and other customer did.

Is this right ???

Thanks

That's correct. And is what was in the puiblished rates

For last year any systems registered after 1st November 2012 and up to 30th March 2013 were not eligible for the inflation index in March this year. they will get it in 2014.

So installations just the wrong side of 1st November got a double whammy, a slightly lower FiT rate (liveable with) and No inflation index in April 2013.
