I have been searching for some sort of fire alarm design/installation/certification course in Norfolk but nothing, any one got any ideas where I can find any? Thanks for any help

Does look like you will have to travel for it, usual story. I did a quick google (don't know if any good ) and got these, if this is what you are looking for.
