Discuss Fridge and freezer on one fcu? in the Australia area at ElectriciansForums.net

Hi,

Would likely be too much for one fcu (13A).

You can have another fcu further along the circuit.

It is practice these days to have a switched fcu above the worktop over each such appliance and a socket below but you can use double socket if you want.

Hi again,

Should point out that WM and DW on at the same time might be too much for one fcu - best have one each for these but fridge and freezer not a problem.

Must be off to bed now - goodnight.
