fronius ig 30 wont start

any body got any experiance with fronius inverters just installed a 2.6kw pv system and inverter wont do anything iv tested power on both sides and its fine any one got any advise

You need to give more detail. What size array. How many strings? Was there any light when you connected it. They wont start if there isn't.

Did you turn the DC switch on the inverter itself on?

The system is a 14 panel 190w I did 2 rows of 7 in series 1st then changed it to 10 in series after some advise from someone Just to check inverter. The inverter is an ig30 it doesn't have a dc switch

Fair enough. Have you checked the polarity?

The Fronius configurator doesn't like it. Not sure what make panels but for Sanyo 190w it likes 15 or 16 panels not 14

When you say it doesn't like it, what doesn't it like?

It says "No ideal configuration possible". The suggestions it gives is an additional panel. 3 stings of 5 = 2852w or 4 x 4 = 3042w
