Im replacing chips.

The yellow ones are new..
They flash.. when they are switched off at the dimmer.

The new ones are 50w 3500k.
Not sure what the old ones were. I guessed at 60w. As they have 30 diodes on each array. The unit says 435w there is 5 drivers one for each cob.
Drivers say 60-80v @680ma
Ive connected them as the old ones were.
Why are they flashing? How are they getting power if the dimmer is switched off?
