Have any customers interested in solar PV, but you aren't MCS accredited?

Hey guys.
We are looking to form partnerships with electricians who know of customers/people who are interested in installing solar PV on their property, but don't have the relevant MCS acreditation to certify the install. Whether you are interested in learning how to install solar PV or being paid for passing the lead onto us (if successful). We are a professional MCS accredited company looking to help. We offer site assessments, design, installation, products at competetive prices and certification making the system eligible for the government incentice known as the 'Feed-In Tariff'. Do you have any connection with enviko of London

No we don't have any connection to Enviko. We're a new company looking to expand. Ideally we would like to find electricians/ 'partners' who aren't MCS accredited but know people who are interested in having PV installed on their property. We could either pay them comission for the lead or assist them through the installation process. Also, once they gain sufficent experience, if we have customers in their local areas, they can assist us with the install.
