First post to introduce myself.
I'm down on the South Coast in the UK. I've been qualified for awhile and have my test and inspection tickets.

Started out as a house basher, then moved into the office for a year estimating. I realised the office life wasn't for me and went back out on the tools doing maintenance for pubs and hotels. I then did a short spell of commercial install work before landing where I am now, doing maintenance for an estate which has rental houses and businesses such as golf club, farms and farmshop/cafe.
