I agree. My girlfriend is a Pikey & she not only admits it, but is proud of it.

She doesn't nick copper, but it's amazing how much cutlery, cruet sets, wine & beer glasses, napkins etc. find their way into her handbag when we have a meal in our local Indian. :whatchutalkingabout
 
All this reminds me of a story I read in a local paper a few years ago. A man standing on a bridge decided to urinate on a passing train, but hit the overhead lines instead. He was badly burnt but survived.
 
There was a girl of about 14 in Northumberland a few years back looking over a bridge over the east coast main line. She wanted to know how far away the OH lines were so went home and borrowed her dad's metal tape measure. She survived but her dad was quoted in the papers as saying more should be done in schools to warn of the dangers of electricity.
