I have a 3 gang light switch. Switch 3 only works when switch 1 is turned on. Can anyone help to fix this!?
Switches 1 and 3 operate a single lighting circuit. Switch 2 is on a 2 way circuit and works fine. Switch 1 works fine.
Thanks in advance70C426D0-2B2B-4E92-ADCB-73E5546285B1.jpeg

Most likely the link between Switch 1 and Switch 3 (short red wire) is in the wrong terminal - it should be taking the permanent live from switch 1 to switch 3 (or possibly the other way), but is likely effectively in the switched live terminal at one end.

It looks like it's in the COM terminal one both switches, (which would normally be right), but the permanent live coming into Switch 1 and switched live leaving it may well be the wrong way round (even if the sleeving suggests they are right)

Move the red link wire on the near switch to the other terminal. If it doesn't reach, leave where it is and swap the two reds on the near switch.

i think that your feed to switch 3 is coming from the switch 1, if on the switch 1 you change the link to the com you would be ok
