Is storage heater included in PAT?

Shall i test the storage heater for PAT? it is plastic cover and i assume it is class 2.

its one of them questions which people say what they think they know and contradict each other. in my opinion it doesn't need testing but where there is any doubt i tend to cover my ***

IMO Yes it should be tested under PAT. PAT includes fixed equipment, also handheld equipment..... etc....
