Issues with high electricity bills/unbalanced loads

Hi sparks, I would appreciate your help regarding a 3 storey high showroom connected to 3 phase. Each floor is connected to a phase but the upper floor is on for about 3 hours daily. The two other floors are heavily used with lighting,air cons and other appliances. How would you account for unbalanced load because of the upper floor please?

I would not worry about the unbalanced phase loading on 3 domestic units.

if you pick any 3 houses in a street, they are likely to be massively unbalanced at most times.
by the time all the unbalanced loads are totalled up at the transformer, they will likely be close to balanced because of the amount of property's.

I cant think of any energy supplier who would penalise a small user customer for having unbalanced loads (<1Mw is a small user)
