What’s you thinking guys… I’m feeling no MBPC required, at this stage realistically cabling a 10mm Earth could be a nightmare
Trying to upload pics but no way… Plastic Oil tank on concrete with plastic coated copper oil pipe, enters the ground then comes out to go inside to supply boiler plastic still in tact

Is it a metal pipe coming in from the ground? Is it extraneous? There's your answer.
