AFAIK there are no specialised courses or qualifications pertaining to medical locations. I'd take a visit to your local healthcare trust HQ and see if the estates managers know of anything, most hospitals will have their own electrical contractors but you'd likely get a better picture at trust level than locally in hospitals.
