I have a question on wiring to make sure I am doing it correctly. I plan on adding a new GFCI/AFCI 20 amp circuit breaker to my box and run the wires to the first 2 outlets in a 2 gang box I am installing. I am also installing 2 other 2 outlet boxes. This is in a finished garage. I know how to do this in a single outlet box situation. Where the power source line and neutral goes on the corposjdning upper screws on the outlet and the wire going out to the next box connects to the lower corospondeing screws. Of course the grounds from the two wires are connected with a jumper to the outlet and then grounded in the box.
My question is with two outlets to connect before going out to the next box do I just use jumper wires connected to a common connection wire with a wire nut on it. So for instance I would have the 2 black wires from the power in and the power out wires connected to two jumpers going to the outlets all twisted togther with a wire nut on it? This doesn't seem like it would be correct. Any advice would be a helpful.
