Hello sparkys of our glorious (white) isle. Thought I'd join a forum like this in order to get some decent tradesman. I am starting a new lettings company and I am looking for guys (and gals) who maybe want some bits and bobs of work to hopefully over time blossom to lots of work.

I feel people who spend their tim on forums are generally interested in their chosen subject or career.

I am based in the north east of england Sunderland/Peterlee and would love to speak to people who maybe wants some work. I also have questions which other sparkys and contradicting themselves with the answer.

Cheers
