Hello,

I was just wondering if there are any rules governing where I can put an outside light in relation to my incoming meter supply cable. Can the supply for the light cross over the main supply cable? Do I need to keep the fitting a certain distance away?

thanks,
Simon.

There is no regulation regarding distance that I am aware of. Just be very careful where you are drilling.
