I bought a load of work wear (polo shirts, hoodies etc) from Q-tag a while ago. They do discounts for bulk orders but I seem to remember they were the cheapest for one person (me).
I think they do embroidering as well, but I didn't bother with that.

TMSprint the site sponsor had a banging deal on a couple of weeks ago. The only problem i think with ordering online is the quality of the clothes as you can't test them out before hand!
