Hello there,

I've just joined the site and have a question on obtaining a JIB Electrician grading.

I've completed my C&G 2330 Parts 2&3, got my NVQ 3 in Electrotech installation, and just come out of my time with my employer. However, because my employer is about to make redundancies and other reassons - they won't suuply me with a supporting testimonial for a JIB electrician grade.

Does any1 know if an application can be made WITHOUT a "bona-fide" reference from one's employer ?

As far as I am aware so long as you got the quals you dont need an employer, NVQ 3 certificate a MUST HAVE!!!
