Rcd and fuses

Hi sorry a basic question.
I have no regs books and I’m still learning.

on a eicr would a board with no mcb e.g rewirable fuses be unsatisfactory c2/ or c3 or is it fine as long as it makes disconnection times.

also same with no rcd does this fail now as their most likely will be a circuit passing a bathroom or sockets that could be used outside.

rewireable fuses IMO would be a C3 if disconnection times were OK. could even be a C2.
as for RCD.. sockets for outdoor use, no RCD is a C2. other sockets usually a C3. bathrooms C3 if supplementary bonding is in place, otherwise a C2.
cables buried in walls< 2" deep, no RCD is a C3.
lighting circuits with no RCD is now a C3 under 18th Ed.

think that just about covers it.

the reason i may give rewiereable fuses a C2 is potential danger if a donut replaces fusewire with one of a higher rating. this is common, esp. with farmers who often use an offcut of barbed wire as a 30A fusewire.

What do you think needs to be considered if at all with BS3036 fuses as this means of protection is still recognised by BS7671.
