customer wants to turn on their garden fountain from inside the house. the fountain will take its feed from the shed and the shed will take its feed from the external meter cupboard, so a switch in the house is out of the question.

has anyone fitted something similar, i know you can get remote controlled external sockets and if i have to ill use one but ideally id like to have the fountain hardwired to a sensor of some kind

why no good. had 1 at home, outside in a box feeding a lamppost and 2 water features. for 7 years, no problems.
