Hi. Wondering how bad (or OK?...doubtful) of an idea it is to run some 14-2 from an existing outlet, underground in PVC to a new sub panel in a shed. The run would be about 20 feet total. I just need one circuit in the shed. Will be running 3 outlets and 2 LED strip shop lights.

@removelservice welcome to the forum and if all you need is 120vac and all the wire you have 14/2 which is only good for 15 amps. You don’t need a sub panel just for that and take in consideration how many receptacles, and lights are already on that circuit. The LED lights are not going to pull a lot of amps and the one outlet will be probably is not Going to be used Very often so it can be done.
