Tender- Help Needed!!

I am filling in a tender for a local housing authority and have managed most of the questions however there is one that has got me baffled.

Can anyone give me any advise on what you think they are looking for here and what I should answer with. The question is:

"If successfully appointed to this framework, please provide details of how you will assist ******* in their community building and regeneration activities. You should provide specific examples and ideas, and a brief methodology on how you will work to achieve this:"

Have a look at the above link that should put you on the right track and dont forget to have a look at the website of the housing assoc that you are tendering for that should help you customize you answer to what they want.

As acat said, they'll just have a list of tickboxes so if you come across well and have the right buzzwords in there you should do ok points wise. Have you registered with CHAS and constructionline?

Yes, I'm registered with both.

I've done loads of these in the past and I have done the majority of this now it's just this question I am struggling with. I am going to have a good read through the info acat has linked me to.
