Finally took the cover off, (needed to change a light switch upstairs, before anyone says anything I safe isolated after the picture was taken and am already hating that plastic padlock that can with my lockout kit (Leaderman LOP-K2 if interested - Came with a broken yellow lockout and still waiting on seller (Testermans-UK) reply).

I can see 1 unused 32A MCB, The space where that Lego/playmobile SWW sign should live and a bit of an untidy board but can't see anything screaming, unless I'm missing something.

Iirc 32A could be a ring/radial, shower, cooker, wouldn't have thought garage but if it's been disconnected, would explain the MCB being left.

Landlady advises that garage had power but had to be disconnected as it was unsafe so that should be interested to see.

Thoughts, observations?

Nothing shouting out as dangerous just a bit untidy. I would personally check and remake the terminations as necessary.

Four months to take a cover off?
That's a bit extreme.....

Try (at this present time) 2 1yo twins and 32mo toddler, and college 15hrs a week and work 15hrs a week and ongoing disability with ineffective pain meds; then tell me it's extreme ?

I’ve not had a cooker hood in my house for over a year now. Just a hole in the wall with a bit of flexi duct hanging.
Got a new one to go up, just got it last week, but not opened the box yet.
also got the bathtaps to change..(no, I’m not getting a plumber in) and my garage to finish.
Still got the Xmas deco boxes to go back into the attic.
