Tick Sheet/ Order Sheet quoting

Does anyone have a order sheet template for quoting. Basicly what im looking for is some sort of design with the words like sockets, lights, switchs ( 1g,2g, 2 way etc) . Was wondering if anyone has anything like this where they just go round the job counting how many of each thing they will need. As in useless at this sort of thing on the computer. And just nice and looks more profesionsal to turn up and just right a load of numbers of items i need. Even thigs like crimps could be on there and connectors, screws etc etc. thanks

Just make up a simple excel spreadsheet.

If you have unit prices for supplying and fitting individual items then its pretty easy.

Column 1. Item or accessory
Column 2. Quantity
Column 3. Unit Rate
Column 4. Line Total

Set it up in how ever many rows you require for all the different items or accessories that you have. Set up formulae so that column 2 x column 3 = column 4 etc.
