They need either edge protection for fall protection, or could be done with harnesses if rope trained, gable end needs protection as within 2m of working area.

Plus a full rescue from heights method statement. Guess they undercut the others by about £3k on that job.... (until someone falls and it costs the company owners £50k for negligence)
