What are these things called? For securing wires inside enclosures...

This is the closest I could find, picture-wise, to what I'm looking for, and they're not right. These are for fixing pipes. I'm looking for the electrical equivalent, but don't know what they're called. Can anyone help? I have in mind that they would adhere to a fixed surface, and accept one, two or more wires, which would then be clamped down, not particularly hard, but enough to stop them moving.

Used to be Ross Courtney clips. God know what they are now. What size do you need? You could look at pyro clips.

Thanks, but I was looking for something like a cable tie that you might stick down to a hard surface (with the backing peeled off). These P clips are fine, but I can't screw them down in my particular application.

I would call the 'plain' ones 'P clips' as well. We call the metal ones with the rubber lining 'Norma clips' although a quick googling reveals that 'Norma' could be the brand name.

These have an adhesive back and cable ties can be fitted.

be sure to clean the object you are fixing too with a solvent cleaner before applying these, as they do have a tendency to fall off after a while.
