I need to install a 30amp service for a camper , would be a 600' pull from my source, is it possible and what size underground wire would i need, copper and aluminum. Thanks in advance for any info.

At that distance you could probably get by with # 6/3 with ground romex approved for outdoor use. I always use copper wire.
