In seriously not making this up.
So , i'll do all your installs / repairs for £6 p/hr inc vehical costs for you to mug me off after 4 weeks for another sparky and do it all again.
Just when you think it just couldnt get any lower.
Shocking.

you got their adddress? i've got some black aerosol sprays just dying to do some grafitti.
the words " blood sucking leeches " comes to mind. JSP should be ashamed for allowing such crap to be posted as jobs.

Time was all you needed were your electrical quals and experience, driving licence was a bonus that made you more likely to get the job. A few months back I got knocked back because I couldn't speak fluent Italian.
This is truly appalling though

And after you have done your 4 weeks trial thy say sorry you are not up to our standards and then they shout NEXT even on a bad week for me I would earn that for 2 days work so let me think work 2 days for £240 or work for that mob 5 days for funny enough £240

they'll probably get a few romanians that don't speak english and wire showers in 1.5mm on it

The sad thing is , desperate sparks will go for this job cos theres little else around.
Very sad day reading the likes of this.

I'd rather do what a few lads I know have done and take a cleaning job for slightly more than minimum wage than practice my trade for people like this. Unfortunately you're right though mate

Thats the problem today.like when you are learning the trade, youngsters see their mates stacking shelves at asda getting more than them, its ok people say think of later but the way its going the wages will only get worse.

A link to this job or something very similar in the same area was posted a while ago, I think the people advertising it have got more front than Blackpool

Why not do a Electrical Trainee course in Italian ?

I must admit that is just about the worst I have come across. To even contemplate applying would be utterly demeaning. A disgraceful and disgusting money making scheme.

Sad times, hopefully the job will go to someone with the experience it deserves

Indeed , however they're asking for someone time - served , which in my mind doesnt include your average Electrical Trainee.

Web links to jobcentre plus dont work to well but vacancy no. is BUR / 67723 if anyone wants a giggle or even better a wind-up.
