Who makes a TP+N panel, bigger than a consumer unit, for example, 14-way (with space for 12 or 14 three-phase breakers).
It should feed its outgoing breakers using bus bars, not wires.
(I call this a Type B panel)
And it should be usable for Dual RCDs, one for the left side of the panel and one for the right side of the panel, or single RCD on one side and a switch or sub-incomer MCCB or MCB on the other side).
Who makes such a thing?

Ive looked at Eaton Memshield 3, Schneider PowerPact 4, ABB Protecta, and more, but no luck finding such a panel,
 
How about using a 2 tier or 3tier board, you can design them to your liking or get them pre kitted with front end and 3ph bus rails.

they do a box that you bassically build it how you like and have to put links in the same as a patch panel
 
Looks very smart that system and would fit neatly into an expansion box above the type B board. Not seen it before now.

i have only seen it once, one of the benefits of working direct for schneider.

its good because you can have power and controls all neatly in one box without modding the case etc, there are seperate doors for each row

darkwood, 2 tier board or 3-tier board is not standard terminology?

do you mean inn a 2 tier board, the main incomer feeds sub-mains that feed outgoing breakers?
and in a 3 tier board, main incomer feeds sub-mains, which feed other sub-mains (like RCDs) which feed outgoing breakers?
