Hi All, thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide. I will of course turn off everyhing at the consumer unit before doing anything.
I recently purchased a zigbee module for use with an on/off switch in my utility room that controls 5 GU10 spotlights. The zigbee module i purchased works with or without a neutral. Here is the product page: Zigbee Switch module [SM308-S] – SAMOTECH - https://www.samotech.co.uk/products/zigbee-switch-sm308-s/
Here is a picture of the back of the current light switch and the zigbee module. There are two wires going to L2. I believe one of them goes to the switch in the next room as recently i had a problem(now resolved) with another switch in the house and it stopped the next room from working. To clarify, the switch pictured control 5 GU10 spotlights in the room that it's in. i believe the other wire in L2 goes to the switch in the garage which controls the garage lights.
I'm looking for some guidance on how i can remove the phyical switch from the equation completely and wire the zigbee module so that i can have the spotlights controlled by the zigbee module via my phone.
