From its age I would suggest TN-S and you can see a copper strap from the service head but there is a possibility the neutral is connected to earth within that board. Where does the DNO service cable enter.

Yep that board is directly above the incomer, its TN-S as you say the armoured strap is visible.

Yes theres none on any of them.

Always feel like im missing out on something with a NV on a cert. It should not be any higher than 60A but will NV it. Any idea of what fuses would be in there, BS 88's perhaps ?

If you haven't taken out the fuse to inspect it then how can you verify it?
NV is appropriate.
