Folks, looking for some help regarding electrical training, i currently work for a BMS controls company but dont have a great deal of electrical training or experience. I'm looking for info on any companies that offer basic "hands on" training courses (ideally in central scotland but willing to travel) and also if anyone knows what colleges offer the HNC electrical engineer courses as a distance study option. Due to work and family commitments i'm unable to attend college on day release or the standard 2 nights a week that most seem to want.
thanks in advance.

thanks for the reply, I did look at their website, they are charging £180 a module and i'm sure its 12 modules for the HNC so it seems abit much as some colleges are charging about half of that for the evening class. My work may be picking up the bill but still dont want to pay over the oddss

its 12 units in Scotland, 10 if you do it through BTEC (England, N.I,Wales) which accredits Teeside, agree that is pricey, my employer paid @£700 all in, 2 year day release though.
