Morning all. Just been to a domestic due to a problem on a ring. Found the issue no problem. But when I removed the cover of the CU I noticed a new supply had been wired in for the heating, however the CPC hadn't been terminated and was resting on the MET.

So having re terminated the CPC and tested the circuit I checked the bonding to find the main bond removed from the water supply. Now question is the boiler is a few weeks old. Would you expect a heating engineer to confirm bonding? Even if it is only a visual.
