Books you swear by... Whats in your collection?

Can anyone recommend some good electrical books? I feel I need to update my collection.

The ones I have are not only the regs and the O.S.G but also:

• Advanced Electrical Installation Work.
• Electrical Installation Work - Brian Scadden.
• Electrical Installations Level 2 and 3 - Heinemann.
• Guidence Note 3.
• 2391 exam success.
• Electric Wiring: Domestic - Brian Scadden.
• Electricians Pocket Guide to Testing & Inspection.
• In-Service Testing & Inspection.

I've read them all front to back atleast twice and I feel I need something new. What do you guys have?

I have a few editions of the Regs. and OSGs, GN3 and a number of other British Standards most frequently used is BS7420 COP for earthing.
I have a couple of Megger publications, guides to earth resistance and insulation resistance testing.
I have a couple of other publications, but I don't ever read them, I just aquired them for free. One's by Brian Scadden, another by Geoff stokes and one from Darrell Locke, all guides to the 17th.

But it does tend to make my brain hurt after a very short while.

Does the D.I.Y Electrical cover only Domestic Installations or a wide area of the electrical trade?

Electrical Installation Calculations and the electricians guide sounds like a must have...

The Snags & Solutions books by (I hate to say) NICEIC and the Electricians Guide to the Building Regulations.

The ASHRAE Handbook is one of the resources I refer to the most. If you work with air movement systems, heating, refrigeration or airconditioning it's a must have.

Two very handy little books that i can strongly recommend
Technical Training Solutions - Unite (Amicus) Electricians Guide Books
Compact and to the point with all the usefull bits and loads of other stuff.

and several others for basic diy stuff which i got when i was starting ^^ all on the shelf along with several other books on other trades.

this threads made me want to go out and look at some more books now .
